What's Your Listening Style?

It's been a busy 2024 so far! In today's vlog post, I share some of the recurring themes from recent trainings and teambuilders as I provide my insights.

Here's a preview:

- From Kara Goldin's book "Undaunted": I pulled a great nugget for all the ambitious emerging leaders out there (present company included). If you work to make your supervisor and organization look good, then you will ultimately be noticed as a superstar.

- I transition that to our own business relationships. Our relationships must be relational, not transactional. They are marathons, not sprints. Where are you making your deposits?
